Unified management of all monitoring cards (40M/42M/50M/33/25, etc.) within the rack, responsible for rack configuration, module diagnosis, and backplane data scheduling.
TDI transient data acquisition (core feature)
Collect steady-state values, vibration waveforms, axis trajectories, acceleration and deceleration maps, and transient data of tripping events; Support alarm triggered waveform recording.
Upper communication gateway
Docking with System 1 equipment diagnostic software, uploading spectra and waveforms for rotor fault analysis; It is also the only channel for 3500 configuration software online and firmware upgrade.
