TRICONEX 3625 Digital Output Module
TRICONEX 3625 is a 32 channel, 24VDC, TMR triple redundant digital output module under Schneider Electric’s Triconex brand, used for Tricon Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)/Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), meeting the IEC 61508 SIL 3 safety level. It is a highly reliable output card for controlling key field equipment such as solenoid valves, relays, and actuators.

2、 Key characteristics
TMR Triple Redundancy
Each channel has three independent circuits for synchronous output and majority voting, ensuring output consistency and fault tolerance, meeting the high safety requirements of SIL 3.

When the system loses power, module malfunctions, or detects abnormalities, all outputs are automatically cut off to ensure that the on-site equipment is in a safe state.
High density isolated output
32 independent isolation, single channel 1.7A driving capability, can directly drive solenoid valves, relays, alarm lights, etc.
