1、 Basic Information
Full name of model: IS215VPROH1B (abbreviated as VPRO, upgraded derivatives: IS215VPROH1BH, IS215VPROH1BD)
System: GE Speedtronic Mark VI Gas/Steam Turbine Control System (P Protection Rack Specific)
Product positioning: Independent triple redundant emergency trip protection card, physically separated from the main control CPU, independent circuit overspeed protection
Substitution relationship: Replace the old IS215VPROH1A, with fully compatible pins, wiring, and programs for direct conversion
2、 Core function (hard protection of the unit, independent of the main control)
Emergency overspeed EOS protection (most critical): Three speed signals with two out of three logic, overspeed directly drives the trip solenoid valve to shut down, independent of system main control faults
Emergency shutdown ESD, overspeed differential protection, synchronous fault backup protection
Temperature measurement acquisition: 9-channel thermocouple input (gas turbine exhaust over temperature protection)+3-channel analog current signal acquisition
Trip circuit drive: Control the unit trip solenoid valve by outputting 125VDC through the matching terminal board TREG/TRPG; Onboard 12 relays, 9-way triple redundant group drive with 3 sets of trip valves
Communication: Onboard network port IONet, data exchange with Mark VI main control card, fault upload to upper computer
