The essential communication main card for the 3500 rack is installed in slot 1 adjacent to the power supply in the rack
Rack Manager: Manage all monitoring cards (40M/42M/50M/33, etc.) of the entire rack, collect all steady-state values
Transient waveform acquisition (core characteristics)
Capture vibration waveforms, axis trajectories, start stop acceleration and deceleration data, and transient records of fault tripping;
Support capturing dynamic waveforms through three methods: alarm triggering, timing, and software instructions.
Integrate with the upper diagnostic software
Native support for System 1 device status monitoring and diagnostic platform, uploading waveform, spectrum, and trend data for rotor fault analysis;
