The Bently 3500/22M is the core communication bridge module of the Bently 3500 series monitoring system, which replaces the old 3500/20 rack interface module and needs to be installed in slot 1 of the 3500 rack adjacent to the power supply.

2. Key characteristics
Support hot swapping, replacing modules does not affect the normal operation of other monitoring modules in the rack.
Standard static data acquisition, with optional dynamic data enabled disk, can achieve high-resolution transient waveform capture.
Not belonging to the critical monitoring path, module failure will not interrupt the mechanical protection function of the system.
3. Typical application scenarios
As the communication hub between the 3500 system and System 1 status monitoring and diagnostic software, it provides transient vibration data transmission for key rotating machinery such as steam turbines and compressors, supporting fault analysis and predictive maintenance.
