1、 Basic Overview
3500/50M dual channel speed monitoring card, 133434-01 is an external terminal I/O rear card, which must be used in conjunction with the 3500/50M front card as a complete set;
Collect key phase pulse signals, measure shaft speed, rotor acceleration, and rotation direction, and output conditioned Keyphasor key signals to other vibration monitoring cards in the rack. The rack does not require additional separate key phase modules.
⚠️ Important distinction
3500/50M ≠ 3500/53
3500/50M: Conventional speed monitoring, key phase signal acquisition (not used for overspeed trip protection)
3500/53: Dedicated overspeed protection module, supporting TMR triple redundancy and safety shutdown interlock

Model: 3500/50M front card+I/O rear card 133434-01 (external European terminal)
There are also built-in terminal versions with different part numbers for the rear card. The front and rear boards must be matched as a set and cannot be interchanged at will
Industry misconception: 3500/50M cannot be used as an overspeed protection module; Please choose 3500/53 for the overspeed interlock project of the unit.
