The Triconex 3564 digital input module is a safety critical digital input module produced by the Triconex brand under Schneider Electric, specifically designed for industrial process monitoring and control.

Core Features
Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) Architecture
The module adopts a triple redundancy design, including three independent channels, each of which can independently process input data. The input signal is voted on in the main processor to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Even if a single channel fails, the module can still operate normally, providing high availability and fault tolerance.
Optoelectronic isolation and signal processing
The input channel supports 24VDC optoelectronic isolation, effectively preventing on-site interference and ensuring signal stability.
Each channel independently adjusts the signal, supports switching input, pulse input and other types, and adapts to different sensors and switching needs.
Rapid fault detection and self diagnosis
The module has a built-in self-test circuit that can detect «card on» or «card off» faults within 0.5 seconds, ensuring timely response to abnormalities.
